About Michelle

Making a difference in the lives of seniors is my calling. For the past 11 years, I've been privileged to provide compassionate care as a home health aide. My college education equipped me with a strong foundation, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I offer respite care, hospice support, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility, physical activity, dementia care, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle behavioral changes. I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and history. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and their preferred method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am patient, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I am eager to bring my experience and caring nature to your family.
