I will say that she is good with children however she quit on me 3 hours via a text message after leaving my home to take a long term position with another family. No two week notice was provided. She was well aware weeks before that my children would be gone for the summer so she only told me about getting a job during the summer the week before as she would return in August to resume weekly babysitting. I hired her for a long term position back in March 2021 as I am a single mom & obligated to work every Saturday for a few hours  in the morning. Because of this situation, I will never use care.com again for a caregiver nor could I recommend michele as a babysitter to another family.

Michel is very pleasant, friendly, dependable, punctual and down-to-earth! Our boys absolutely love her! We'll definitely hire her again for our child care needs!

Michelle was a wonderful Au pair for my 3 year old son and my newborn daughter when we lived in Ireland. 

We loved her so much, we invited her to come live with us for a summer when we moved to Florida a couple of years ago. She helped me during the summer but moved away when she got married. 

She is punctual and helpful around the house and firm but fair with the children. 

Michelle's English is excellent and she even taught my children a little bit of Portuguese.
