I have over 15 years of experience working in vacation rentals and private residence. I also do construction cleans and move outs. I do have references. Pets are no problem. I do prefer to clean with no people present though, more work gets done that way but brief check-ins are welcome. I generally work with my daughter (trained by me). The rate is per person. We can complete the job in half the time. We're both detail oriented but efficient.
