I'm a trained personal chef and massage therapist with over five years of experience supporting individuals with medical needs. I provided full-time care for a patient with ALS, offering companionship, assistance with bathing and dressing, mobility support, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments. I approach caregiving with compassion, humor, and a deep commitment to preserving dignity, comfort, and as much independence as possible. As a mom and multitasker, I adapt to whatever is needed to make each day a little easier-and a little more enjoyable-for those I care for.
