About Michelle

Enthusiastic nanny with a Bachelor's of Arts in Language and Literature and 10 + years of experience working with multiple age children seeking a full time position. User of Montessori philosophy, I truly believe in developing a sense of purpose and self-direction at an early age, observing the child's needs, trusting their abilities and allowing independence (with limits) so the child can follow their own unique path of development steered by their natural drive to learn and grow. Each and every child has enriched my life pushing me to learn more to become a better teacher and caregiver. I believe care-giving is all about sparking children's imagination. Some of my activities include: reading stories, singing, acting, Arts and Crafts, treasure hunting, story-telling, etc.
