For the past 10 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting adults and seniors, empowering them to maintain their independence. My experience includes home health, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and specialized dementia care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I understand the importance of earning trust and communicating effectively, providing written daily reports and adapting to each family's preferred communication method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented, I strive to provide reliable care and peace of mind for families.
