Hi! My name is Michelle. I'm a compassionate caregiver with over 20 years of experience providing personalized care in hospitals, rehab centers, and home settings. I began my career in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities before transitioning to in-home caregiving, where I truly found my passion. I love the one-on-one connection and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. I also have over 10 years of experience as an in-home nanny, caring for children from infants to teens, including those with disabilities. My experience includes Alzheimer's & Dementia care, spinal cord injury support, hospice and oncology care, therapy assistance, and pre/postoperative care. I also help with daily living activities, companionship, and mobility support. I take pride in creating a calm, supportive environment that promotes dignity, independence, and comfort.
