About Michelle

I have a true passion for fostering children's growth and development. I have experience caring for children in a variety of settings, including an after-school facility with school-aged children, private babysitting, and volunteering with infants and toddlers through my church. At the after-school facility, I helped children with homework, created stimulating craft activities, participated in outdoor activities, and assisted with snack prep. I've always found working with children incredibly rewarding and am excited to return to childcare. I'm patient, calm, creative, and dependable. I'm comfortable following household rules and routines and helping with meals, light housekeeping, crafts, homework, and outdoor activities. I have First Aid and previous CPR training; I'm happy to be recertified. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and free to learn and grow.
