Michelle is the person every parent dreams of finding. She took our two-year-old under her wing and didn't stop until he was confident, curious, and reading his first words. She has this incredible balance of being a nurturing soul and a total pro at managing a household, she tackled the cooking, cleaning, and the 'joys' of potty training with a smile. We were genuinely heartbroken when she moved away from Virginia. She’s the rare kind of caregiver who will be genuinely invested in your child, not just their schedule. If you have the chance to hire her, do it before someone else does.
