About Michelle

I have been a full-time nanny for children ages newborn to 12 years old. I would describe my child care style as easygoing and caring. I set my limits, depending on the child's age and the parents' wishes. I believe that infants need to be held, rocked, kissed and soothed. Toddlers need to feel assured that you understand their needs, but also have limits to help them feel secure. I like to let the child know that I'm willing to listen and help them through their hard moments. I am not just their caregiver, but also their friend. A typical day with me would include visits to the park, arts and crafts, reading, library trips and play dates.
