I have also worked for a daycare center as a substitute care provider and have gained my knowledge and experience with children. I gained my CPR certification and started as a helper and gained my way up. I came from a big family, I have also 5 more brothers which also included a 4-year-old toddler that I also managed to help with when needed. Michelle took care of our daughter part time for a month. She was good with her and we were pleased with Michelle until recently. She showed up late a couple weeks ago and this last week sent us a text indicating she was offered a job at a dr.'s office and she accepted. Michelle knew we are not from Maryland and relied on her and she had committed to a monthly calendar. In the text she indicated she would try to work with us over the next couple weeks until we found additional help. That never happening, in fact she never responded back to text or phone calls and left us with no nanny with 0 notice. I have since had to cancel work travel due to Michelle's unprofessional way of leaving us. I usually don't write negative reviews but be aware as she really made our lives difficult and I would hate for her to do that to you.
