My background includes some college coursework and I am a Registered Medical Assistant with my current certifications in CPR. I'm known for my patient, compassionate, and friendly nature. I strive to create a comfortable environment and adapt to changing routines, especially when handling confusion or agitation. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations. I provide verbal updates and follow each family's preferred communication method. I can assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
