About Michelle

Nurturing children's growth and development is a true passion of mine. For five years, I've been a preschool teacher, and I also have experience as an intervention assistant. I believe in fostering kindness and respect, encouraging children to become good people. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or phone calls. I also use a communication app used in our preschool program. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy painting, doing crafts, puzzles, coloring, exercising, and reading with children. I am not a fan of technology-based entertainment. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and swimming supervision. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am a certified teacher with training in Early Childhood Education (ECE), and Early Child Development. I have 3 grown children and two grandsons ages 1 & 6 years old . I am comfortable caring for 1-3 children at a time depending on their ages.
