About Michelle

I'm a 43-year-old mom of a wonderful 26-year-old daughter with 10+ years of experience as a nanny, caring for children of different ages and developmental stages. I also have experience as a Montessori teacher in a daycare, which shaped my approach to encouraging independence, creativity, respect, and learning through play. I'm patient, responsible, punctual, affectionate, and have built strong, lasting relationships with the families I've worked with. I love planning crafts and creative activities, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and keeping children's spaces clean, safe, and organized. I never use my phone while working. I believe children thrive with fresh air and movement, so I enjoy nature walks, parks, and outdoor activities. I'm available full-time and currently charge $25/hour for up to two children.
