I'm Michelle, a graduate from GMU, and an organizational effectiveness, leadership and culture consultant (currently WFM in Reston). I am a nice, fun, patient, empathetic and easy going person. I have plenty of experience with child care and pet care. I have been babysitting since I was 13. I have dealt with babies from 9 months to children, to young teens. I also have experience with twins. I have 3 younger siblings, one in middle school and and 2 in high school. From this experience, I have dealt with everything and anything, (my mother taught me well). I have dealt with anything from diapers, to terrible twos, to errands, to attitude... and anything in between.
