I'm in the process of taking some pet CPR and first aid training. At this time, my experience is being a loving and attentive pet owner. I have a deaf, Jack Russell Chihuahua mix who is a rescue. He has Addison's disease, unfortunately, but when we got him, he was only expected to live a year or two. I was willing to give him that time with all the love, care, peace, and attention while he would be here. 10 years later, he is still living his best life! The vets are still amazed. He's here and we know how blessed we are to have him still in our lives. I also have two 1-year-old brother sister cats that we've had kittens. They are definitely the grandchildren I have never had! I love all animals and I'm always willing to give them the love and attention they deserve.
