Michelle is a gem of a nanny! She's been with our twin girls from ages 1 to 3 years, so she has experienced a lot of milestones AND meltdowns - and she has dealt with all of these moments with such calmness and care. She takes the girls outside as often as possible, does arts and craft projects with them, and creates space for their big imaginations to flourish. The girls are going to pre-K in the fall and we will all miss Michelle so much. We'd give her more than 5 stars if we could!
