I have been working as a nanny for over 10+ years. I have done 16 units in Child Development classes at Canada College and I am Newborn care specialist certified. I am a mature, responsible and cheerful person. I am very flexible, caring, energetic and organized nanny, and I like to be there whenever I am needed. As a nanny, I have had lots of great experiences, for me, seeing the children grow and discover the different personalities of each child is definitely an experience that is going to be in my life forever. I really enjoy the company and the fun I have with children. I am looking to find a family where they can make me feel like I am part of the family and where my talents and strengths working with newborns and toddlers can be used to help children develop to their best potential.

We were very lucky to have found Michelle. She took excellent care of our 2 year old and twin premature babies. She was extremely dependable and knowledgeable in all aspects of childcare. Caring for premature babies requires a very special skill set in how feed underdeveloped digestive system as well as look for less obvious warning signs for breathing and choking hazards compared to a fully developed newborn. Taking care of twins can be very overwhelming, but Michelle handled everything very well and always listened to any feedback we had. We were able to trust our children in her care and feel confident that their needs were met. Michelle's experience helped give me ideas on how to better parent our children. I would hire her again and highly recommend her to any family.
