About Michelle

Hello, my name is Michelle. I am a lead teacher at a private preschool, where I work with4-year-old children. I graduated from George Mason University with my bachelor's degree. I am passionate about early childhood education and enjoy creating a warm, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and confident. As a lead teacher, I plan and organize age-appropriate lessons and activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. I guide students as they explore, ask questions, solve problems, and develop important skills through play and hands-on learning. I also encourage independence, creativity, kindness, and positive communication in the classroom. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy playing soccer and reading books. Both activities reflect my love of teamwork, learning, and staying active.
