About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as extroverted, eager to learn, empathetic I like caring for seniors because I have compassion for for those made vulnerable either by aging or disease and would like to extend a hand of support to families and their loved ones I'm looking for a job that provides a space for mutual kindness and trust to grow. I started caring for seniors in 2023 when I went through a nurse aide in training program. I saw the debilitating effects of disease especially on the elderly and how much compassionate care could really improve the quality of life. In my spare time, I like to read books, watch movies, crotchet and spend time with friends. One thing you should know about me is I aim to be a caregiver who can provide families and their loved ones peace of mind through the care and support I give to those under my care. My skills include dementia care, ambulatory assistance, use of mechanical transfer devices, geriatric care.
