Michelle has been the nanny for our daughter for the last two years since she was a year old. She is an incredible nanny always showing our daughter so much warmth, love, and interaction. She took her to all her activities (classes, library, free play, parks), helped us find activities and play dates in the area to encourage her learning and growth, and even helped with all her and our household needs so our lives didn’t devolve into chaos. She always provided updates so we would know how our daughter is growing and ways we can work with her ant home to help. For example, she signaled to us when our daughter was ready to start potty training and helped us all through that process. She has amazing experience and knowledge of child development and how to keep kids engaged, learning and happy! Our daughter loves Michelle and her kids so much - always telling her how much she loves her. Michelle has cared for her like her own child and it’s brought me so much peace as a working mom to know my baby has been in such capable and caring hands. We had a schedule change which impacted our nanny needs but we hope Michelle is in our daughter and families life for a long time. We would absolutely hire her again for any babysitting or nanny needs - any family will be so lucky to have her in their lives.
