About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, energetic, fun. I like working with kids because they bring out my inner child. As much as it's work and I'm doing a service for a family, I'm getting just as much back by being around the little groms. They have so much light and life and it brings me joy being around children. I'm looking for a job where communication is clear on what is required of me as a nanny, a set schedule if possible but also willing to be flexible. I started working with kids when friends and friends of friends needed babysitting. In my very little spare time, I like to surf. One thing you should know about me is I'm originally from Brazil, moved to the mainland for a better life, and then Hawai'I for an even better one. My skills for babies include diapering and bathing, bottle feeding and preparing formula. Infant sleep training or routine support. Creating and following routines for feeding, napping and play time. Tracking baby's day for parents.
