Michelle came to our scheduled booking 30 minutes early to meet our 2 kids. She was very open and friendly and greeted herself. We have strict schedules for our children to follow and were very pleased that Michelle followed them to the T. Our kids were tuckered out and put to bed promptly. When our kids awoke the next day they were asking when Miss Michelle would be returning. We will most definitely be booking with her again.
