About Michelle

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past eight years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. I'm patient, compassionate, and always strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility, and physical activity. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports, to keep them informed. I have a high school degree, I speak both English and a little bit of Spanish. Knowing I can bring a little ease and joy to someone's day makes this work incredibly rewarding.
