Michelle has a gift with children. I am a single, working mom of a two-year-old. She started watching my kid part time on evenings and weekends and soon became like a part of the family. My kid warmed up to her immediately. She listened and remembered all the little things that were important to me about his care. She was intuitive about his needs and growth over time making sure to adjust care as needed and suggest ideas for success. She always went above and beyond making sure she came up with new enriching activities each day that he would love (trips to a new park, fun holiday-themed crafts, new books from the free library). But Michelle has a gift with parents too. She has a way of making you feel at ease right away and letting you know your kid is being well cared for. She is great at updating you not just about what happened that day, but all the little things that matter to parents, like if he said new words or did something funny and if his book preferences changed. She is intuitive, caring, dependable, and reliable. Hire her before someone else does!
