For the past 6 years I was my mother's full-time caregiver. I worked through a company, with nurses and other medical professionals in order to be paid, but had my mother in my house caring for her 24/7. I've done extensive research on Alzheimer's and memory care. Before my mother needed 24 hour supervision I worked for a pharmacy that delivered specifically to memory care units all over Massachusetts. I have experience with transfer in and out of vehicles, due to taking my mother to all of her doctor appointments up until she was bed bound.
