Michelle was wonderful!!! We booked a last minute trip to Reno and wanted a few nights for adult time. We had never had a babysitter for our two toddlers before besides family and was very impressed with Michelle. We can not wait to go back because of her!

Michelle is one of the best nannies we've seen. She only worked with our 10 month old daughter for a few days, but she was fantastic.

Not only was she engaged with our little girl, she proactively cleaned up around the house. Every time she left, we realized our house looked a little tidier!

Michelle was very kind and made not only my husband and I feel very comfortable but our kids took to her very well. Especially felt better once my baby boy was comfortable around her as he is usually not to happy being around anyone that isn't us. She arrived in a timely manner and worked around our needs. We hired her for a couple of hours while my husband and I went out on a fun adult night. We would definitely recommend her to anyone and we will definitely book  her again,  anytime we need her.

After all of the recent news about care.com, I was very hesitant to hire a caregiver through this site. But when our scheduled friend-of-a-friend sitter in Tahoe backed out at the last minute and threatened to derail our entire ski trip plans, I took a leap of faith and hired Michelle based on her previous reviews, a brief phone interview, and a glowing reference. BOY am I glad I did! Michelle rocks. Not only did she drive all the way from Reno to Squaw two days in a row to watch my 4 and 14 month old boys in our hotel room while the hubby and I skied, but she brought a basket of toys with her and kept them engaged the whole time, even with limited space. She instantly earned my trust and my kids seemed to bond with her quickly. We are planning to make these visits to Squaw a regular occurrence and for sure Michelle will be our go-to sitter whenever we are in town!

This was my first time ever hiring a babysitter for my two children (7&2). We were on vacation and Michelle came to the hotel with a basket full of things to keep both kids busy. shortly after getting there she just took charge of both kids, got their shoes and jackets on and took them on an adventure in the hotel, so I could finish getting ready. She kept me updated all night with photos. She took them to play ball outside, they roasted marshmallows and she brought crafts. I was so nervous about getting a sitter especially one that I interviewed over video chat. I am so glad that I hired her. she was absolutely amazing. I just wish she lived close to us, so she could take care of my kids regularly.

Michelle is a wonderful babysitter. She was on time and brought a ton of energy to play with my kiddos. I'm looking forward to having her back again to babysit.

She was Amazing, I do not trust people with my 9 month old but he loved her and she did such a great job. She showed up on time and took such good care of my little one.

Michelle was terrific - I found her on Care.com and she was easy to communicate with and organize babysitting. She arrived exactly on time and watched our ten month old for 8 hours and took detailed notes of the day and kept me posted with photos during the day. I felt great about leaving my daughter with Michelle and I will definitely call her again

Michelle was absolutely wonderful. We were in town on vacation, and needed someone to look after our 3 month old. She did a great job, and even helped out with our two 5 year olds when we returned. Highly recommend! 

Michelle has watched our 1 year old twice now. He absolutely loves her. When she came the second time he was so excited to see her. She feeds him, changes him, and plays with him. He has been so tired when we come home from all the fun and sleep well. She is punctual and always smiling. She has a very sweet and kind personality. I will definitely use her again.
