Hello, my name is Michelle and I am a 24-year-old student with an associates degree in child development & working on receiving my bachelors in May. Working with kids has always been something I look forward to, as I worked at the Boys & Girls Club after school instructor for almost 2 years, as well as the Children's Development Center where I worked as an assistant teacher for 5-8 infants everyday, & have had nanny jobs in between all. I enjoy being a part of the growth & development of children & putting a smile on their faces. I love working with children & have lots of experience with the development journey such as their mobility, introducing new vocabulary, cognitive development skills, & teaching them new things throughout their growth & development by gentle parenting. Parents, stop scrolling through options and message Michelle. As new parents who were also new to the bay area, we were nervous about finding the right person to care for our 7 month old son. Michelle was responsive and punctual. She's warm and approachable, and our son quickly took a liking toward her. She's a former teacher at a well-known, reputable daycare center, so she knows how to take care of children - she also knew how to use his toys better than we did :) Part of me didn't want to write this review so she doesn't get booked up when we need her, but she's so good at what she does and deserves to be recognized for it.
