I'm a private caregiver that truly becomes family. I assist in all care giving needs, lots of experience with Dementia , Parkinsons. I am good at cooking & making meals , cleaning, medication management, doctor's appointments and grocery shopping. 
Recently I was with same patient almost 6 years: she had Parkinsons with Lewy body Dementia . Towards end I did everything she was my life & I will miss her so much .

Michelle has taken care of me 2 years , I broke my hip and had surgery and that is how I acquired Michelle. Michelle started at rehab with me and got me going much quicker than the rehab gardens court . 
As soon as we were home Michelle worked with me for weeks to get my walking better and my stamina . I am 92 and I’ve kept her and her sister for 24hr care since . My quality of life is much better , I couldn’t be happier . Michelle treats me like family always buying me sweet gifts nightgowns , nail Polish just sweet stuff. I am planning on living out my days with 24hour care and hopes Michelle will be with me for duration . 

Ms. Michelle helped my friends grandmother for about eight months. I often visited when she was there. She was always positive and very friendly. My friends grandmother thought of Michelle as so much more than someone just helping her through a hard time. They often did fun things together and it really made her happy. 

Also, Michelle was obsessed with cleanliness. Everything was disinfected and clean at all times. The house always smelled good when Michelle was there.  I would definitely recommend her. If she reads this I am the friend of Janice's granddaughter. Thanks!

Our family came to know Michelle when my mother in law required full time help. Michelle is a very special person that soon  became an Important  part of our family. She is not only reliable , she is very caring & compassionate .She goes above & beyond ! She would help clean up & help with our dogs . Our family would definitely recommend Michelle.

We had a lovely phone call and set up an interview, but she was a no show, no call. I left a message but she did not reply.

we only needed Michelle while my husband was pre operative and needed help with daily care after a difficult surgery.  Michelle was smart caring and always on time.  we went back north but wish we couldn't of taken her with us would highly recommend

I used Michelle the last 4 months helping me with my dad. My dad was hospitalized for a GI bleed we found her on care.com , Michelle helped dad in hospital 2nd day he was there was a real advocate for him . Michelle made hospital staff get bedside commode insisted he get on it and not go in diaper . He was very weak we declined on rehab and asked Michelle to come home with us and help get dad strong again with help from PT , with CHF etc he does have health problems in additional to the GI bleed. 
Michele was great at home getting him stronger my mother isn't a caregiver and needed a extra experienced person around until dad was stronger . Within 2 weeks Michelle had him off diaper using urinal , going out for rides again etc. We use Michelle now few times only a week as needed cause dad is so much better . Michelle was amazing , she is knowledgeable , compassionate and truly loves her job u can tell. I give her the upmost recommendation she really saved our family in a time of need .

Never showed up for interview or called.  I called her back she had an emergency with her client and said she had to take him to the hospital and sit with him and would reschedule.  Never heard from her again.

Michelle took care of my Mom for years. She was the GREATEST caregiver i ever used. She was the only one to engage with my mother Katherine. I would recommend 1000%

Reluctantly write this....am usually understanding and accommodating. I interviewed, checked references, met in person, hired, waited for her "family issues", called, texted.. then she vanished.  I concluded that this is Michelle's pattern...looking for clients who do not have family or others overseeing the caregiver.  I echo others comments about undependable and lacks communications.  Definitely a do not hire and do  not believe her stories or her references.  Probably better for us to have found other caregivers, who are great.

I hired Michelle a couple years ago to take care of my mom and Michelle was super great with mom. She treated her like she was her relative. Michelle went above and beyond for her. I am so grateful she spent her last few years in such great care. Highly recommend.

Schedule for an interview and cancelled a few hours before because she falsely advertises her rates on her page as $20-50/hour. Messaged stating she "didn't wanna talk money" but cancelled interview over claiming she charges starting hourly $25/hour. I screenshot her a picture of her own profile and got further excuses. Unprofessional, inconsiderate of your own time, is NOT truthful on her page about rates etc and is not transparent in communication. We had a 30minute phone call discussing everything where this could have been addressed before wasting part of my day for no reason.

I've known Michelle for decades and she's not only an extremely hard worker with a work ethic second to none, but she's also extremely kind and caring. Michelle is probably one of the most generous people I've ever met. I've been a direct witness to how she cares for her clients and have not only been extremely impressed with how well she treats her clients, but how she's so warm, compassionate and truly goes above and beyond. I cannot give higher praise for Michelle's professionalism, care and work ethic! She is truly a gem!!

Responded to a job, agreed on the hours and pay, then no reply to texts or messages. Not professional or dependable. Leaves you hanging with no communication, after coming to an agreement.
