Hi, I'm Michelle! I'm a patient, attentive caregiver who's especially good at staying calm and creating structure in moments when things feel overwhelming or chaotic. I recently spent time caring for my younger cousin and found that I was able to keep him engaged, regulated, and on track--even when others were getting frustrated. That experience helped me realize how naturally I step into a supportive, steady role with children. I focus on: • Keeping kids engaged without overstimulation • Creating simple routines that help things run smoothly • Staying patient and grounded during challenging moments • Giving clear, gentle direction so kids feel safe and understood I'm reliable, observant, and take pride in creating a calm environment where kids can feel secure and supported. I'm open to part-time or occasional childcare and happy to adapt to your child's needs and personality.
