About Michelle

Helping children grow into the people they were born to be is one of my life's greatest joys. For over 20 years now, I have enjoyed working with children of all ages, in various settings and capacities. Every child is special and unique, deserving to be nurtured, cherished, and cared for as the important individual they are. My Experience with children of many different age groups, personalities, strengths, and challenges, has been my Most Effective Teacher. Empathy, excellent listening skills, clear communication, realistic expectations, and sincere patience, are all qualities that I will seek to use continually in caring for your kids. I find immense joy in supporting healthy and strong family bonds between every member of the families I have the pleasure of serving. Watching and guiding children as they learn, develop, and grow, is one of the Biggest Blessings in my life. My hope is to become one of the Biggest Blessings in the life of your family.
