Caring for children with special needs has been one of the most meaningful parts of my childcare journey. Over the past 3 years, I've worked closely with autistic children and children with ADHD, learning that no two children experience the world in the same way. I pride myself on creating an environment where children feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. I approach every child with patience, warmth, and compassion while adapting to their individual needs, routines, and communication styles. Building trust, encouraging confidence, and celebrating the small wins along the way is something I care deeply about.
