About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as humorous, compassionate, and cheerful! I like working with kids because they bring so much energy, curiosity, and joy to each day and its incredibly rewarding to help them learn and grow as amazing and intelligent individuals! As a nanny, I want to build strong, trusting relationships with both the kids and their families while helping children grow emotionally, socially, and developmentally through hands-on activities, structure, and genuine attention. I started working with kids in 2019. I started off as a afterschool aide and I have also been a teacher aid/teaching assistant. For about two years now, I have been working with special needs kids. I have about five years of experience working with kids in schools, homes, and centers! One thing a family should know about me is that over the past two years I have also gained a lot of patience and empathy through my experience working with special-needs kids.
