About Michelle

Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors is my true calling. My journey began during an internship at a Memory Care facility in Germany, where I discovered a deep passion for providing compassionate, professional support to those who need it most. Over the past five years, I have honed my skills as a Licensed Practising Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant. I am adept at managing dementia-related challenges, de-escalating stressful situations, and providing expert medical management and personal care. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. Whether I am assisting with mobility, preparing meals, or handling light housekeeping, I focus entirely on your loved one's unique needs. I prioritize earning trust and maintain open communication through your preferred method, including daily reports. The needs/wants of the person I care for come above all else as well as open communication between myself, the person I care for and their loved ones.
