About Michelle

Nurturing children and supporting families has been my professional focus for the past 10 years. My journey into childcare began with rewarding babysitting experiences that inspired me to make a meaningful, positive impact on children's lives. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR training and First Aid certifications. My approach is patient, calm, and creative. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or working on crafts, I prioritize engagement and learning. I am comfortable caring for up to five children and am happy to assist with household routines. I value clear communication and look forward to sharing updates with you during pickup. I am also very comfortable enforcing your household rules and am happy to include your pets in our daily activities. I truly look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily life.
