About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as hardworking, outgoing, patient I like working with kids because I really want to be a mom someday but not quite yet. They are our future and need good role models. I'm looking for a job that rewards me by rewarding them. Also helping the parents. I started babysitting by 12 years old. I started working at other daycares by 18 and I'm now 22. In my spare time, I like to play volleyball, hangout with friends, and do anything outdoors! One thing you should know about me is I have a lot of at home care and daycare experience. Everything from real life I'm home cooking meals, doing laundry, cleaning, taking the on trips, to your CPR certified, 9-5 daycare on the job expectations. My skills include multitasking especially when it comes to multiple kids, being able to have patience and teach them things as they grow and want to learn, and personally adapting to each child's personality.
