About Michelle

Nurturing children's growth is a true passion of mine. My positive experiences babysitting sparked a desire to make a real difference in young lives. I bring three years of experience caring for children aged 6-11, and I'm comfortable with up to two children at a time. With a college degree, I am patient, creative, and friendly. I communicate openly with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup, and can easily adapt to preferred methods. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles. I am also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and crafts. I have experience volunteering for Junior Achievement and working as a substitute teacher have provided me with valuable skills. Knowing I can provide a safe and fun environment where children thrive brings me immense joy.
