About Michelle

Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've been dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm well-trained in skilled long-term care, including experience with Hoyer lifts and other assisting devices. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and handling confusion with compassion. Regular updates via text or phone call are important to me. Knowing someone's preferences and personal history is key. I am also CPR and First Aid trained. I provide verbal updates during visits. I am eager to bring my professional, detail-oriented, and empathetic approach to your family, and I look forward to learning how I can best support your loved one.
