About Michelle

Hi! I'm Michelle, and I bring over three years of experience as a nanny caring for children from infancy through preschool. I'm dependable, upbeat, and genuinely enjoy supporting kids as they grow, learn, and explore at their own pace. I also spent a summer working at the UCSB Summer Day Camp, where I helped lead games, activities, and group supervision for up to 25 kids at a time. That role gave me valuable experience in managing busy schedules, handling transitions smoothly, and keeping kids engaged in a fun, structured setting. I'm comfortable balancing playtime, learning moments, and daily routines-and I always aim to create an environment where kids feel safe, supported, and comfortable.
