About Michelle

I'm a fun-loving and responsible caregiver with a strong background working with all ages. I enjoy meeting kids where they're at developmentally, emotionally, and creatively. Currently, I'm pursuing my Master's in Family Therapy and Child Psych (entirely remote), which allows me to bring a deeper understanding of child development and family dynamics into my caregiving. I love planning age-appropriate activities-especially those that get kids outdoors, stimulate curiosity, or teach a new skill. I'm also happy to take on household responsibilities. I used to be a baker, so I'm more than capable of maintaining a clean kitchen. I enjoy tidying, cooking, laundry, and running errands! I care deeply about building a strong partnership with parents. I want to fully understand your parenting philosophy, rules, and discipline style-whether it's around screen time, bedtime routines, or schoolwork. I believe children thrive when the adults in their lives are working as a team.
