Michelle has been exceptional with my grandparents. My grandfather has dementia and doesn't take to new people easily but gets along very well with Michelle. My grandmother has nothing but nice things to say about how much Michelle has helped them. She is very flexible with the things they need help with and has been so understanding of our family situation. I would highly recommend her! She has helped us out so much.
