I have experienced taking care elderly people been doing this for 13 years I have good references lots of patience with them taking care theirs needs

She's great! We had her for my grandmother and she was amazing. she loved her, always on time, always nice.

Ella conveniently text me 3 hours before her overnight shift on my respite day to tell me she was sick.  I was on the road going out of town when she text.  I spoke with Ella hours before that and she was fine.   

I spoke with her about future dates to confirm she was going to work.   I had her on speaker phone so the other caregiver could hear.  Michelle continued to say yes to everything.  Next day got a text she won't be able to work with me due to her vehicle damage.   Oddly her husband brought her for training.

All of it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I have worked with Michelle with 2 seniors.  She has a work ethic second to none!  She is ALWAYS on time, if not early.  She is extremely dependable, loyal, HONEST and truly cares for those in her charge.  Any family would be lucky to have her care for their loved one!

Michelle was my Mom's favorite caregiver.  She is a hard worker and was always kind to her and never condescending as some people are with elderly folks.  She was flexible with her schedule and duties, and willing to cover for others when they were out. She always let me know if she had any concerns. She went out of her way to do little extras. I would absolutely use her again if the need arises.
