About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, kind, and gentle. I like working with kids because they offer a new insight to the world. Their kindness and creativity inspires me every day. I started working with kids when my niece was born. I became her babysitter and I cared for my younger sister as well. I have worked in babysitting for other family members as well since I was 15. In January of 2025 I began working with children who are of special needs, more specifically kids with autism. In my spare time, I like to cook, bake, read, and clean. One thing you should know about me is I am a very independent reliable person. I like to be constantly moving and working and I like to go above and beyond to provide the best care and service possible. My skills include strong communication, patience, and problem solving.
