About Michelle

Nurturing a child's growth and witnessing their development is my true passion. With eight years of experience caring for up to three children, from day care teacher experience to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) experience working with children with disabilities such as autism and down syndrome . I am currently attending college to become a BCBA I offer a patient, calm, and creative environment for ages one through 12. My background includes Early Child Development coursework, CPR Training, and First Aid. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, and crafts. I prioritize clear communication through daily written reports, verbal updates at pickup, or texts. I always follow your lead when it comes to household rules to ensure consistency for your family. I find great fulfillment in supporting parents and making a positive impact on the lives of their children. I look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your child's journey.
