I focus on building confidence and a genuine love for learning, empowering students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I actively listen and observe to understand individual learning styles, adapting my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrating small successes, and breaking down complex problems. Communication is essential. I believe in building trust through clear expectations and regular updates. The most rewarding aspect is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and the growth of their confidence. I am CPR and First Aid trained. While I may not have years of experience, I possess some college education and speak both English and Spanish. I am excited to learn and grow with you!
