Over 10 yrs ago I started out as personal caregiver for those with dementia. Have 13+ yrs experience as a hospice volunteer. Have spent last 10 yrs in facilities. 1 yr in memory care, 3 yrs in skilled nursing, missed dementia so last 7 yrs as LED, RCC, and ED in memory care. Have post bachelor's graduate degree in gerontology in Healthcare field. Im a certified dementia consultant through NCCDP, certified dementia practioner & trainer through NCCDP and Teeps Snow. My personality is compassionate, caring, patient I like caring for seniors, they have lived a full life. I want to improve their quality of life Looking for a job that allows me to improve someones quality of life. People who are caring, compassionate & flexible. Started caring for seniors when I was young. One thing to know about me is I have a lot of experience & knowledge. I truly want to help people.
