I have been a nanny for over 16 years. I love interacting with children. I have fun and I am not afraid to act silly with them. My specialty is reading. I really get into character. I am bilingual. I cook and clean and give nap times song. I can also help out with some homework, play, exercise, any activities at the parents request, I am happy to do.

Michelle was kind and sweet with my son. She came last minute and was flexible with the end time when I needed additional hours. I felt safe leaving my child with her. She didn’t clean up or wash any bottles, which I would expect at her experience level and price point. So if you hire her, just know she requires explicit instructions for things like that. I personally don’t have the mental bandwidth to be that detailed with instructions, so the only reason I wouldn’t rehire is because I need someone who will do things like light cleanup without asking. Otherwise, from a strictly childcare standpoint, I liked what I saw with Michelle and am glad she was able to help me today. 

Michelle is wonderful with kids, attentive, loving and playful. she always stayed updated with our kids age/milestones and spoke Spanish to him so he could learn. She goes above and beyond to make our kids feel cared for and to have fun! 

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Michelle. She has taken care of my 2.5 year old daughter for the last year and has become part of our family. Michelle will typically take her to the park or library with a group of other nannies. My daughter has had so much social interaction and made friends with the other kids — it’s been amazing to see the kids all grow up together with their nannies. Michelle is very attentive, nurturing, and interactive with the kids. She’s constantly singing songs or playing with them, reading to them. She’s also very very good at diffusing tough situations between kids or dealing with tears and big feelings. In fact, before she was our nanny, my mom met her at our local park and my mom picked up some pointers from Michelle on dealing with my daughter not wanting to leave the park. If I could have Michelle with us forever, I absolutely would. To the next family who has Michelle with them: you are in wonderful hands and you are very lucky to have found her! 

Michelle is great! She’s been caring for my baby from 18 months - 2.5 years. He adores her! She gives him so much attention and plays with him so well! 

Michelle is wonderful! My 18 month old adores her. His eyes light up when he sees her and he never cries when I have to leave. She's sweet, attentive, and plays so well with him. She has also taught him how to say so many new words. She also l speaks Spanish which is a major plus. We love Michelle!

We have absolutely loved having Michelle as part of our family. She's reliable, incredibly kind, and fantastic with kids. We're pretty protective first-time parents, and have always felt like we could trust Michelle completely. I never worry when our toddler son is with her. She goes out of her way to make him happy and always puts safety first. She communicates very well. Our son is now 2 and has learned to speak a little Spanish from spending time with her! I've seen Michelle work with 2-3 kids at a time, and she manages incredibly well. She's also great one-on-one with our son. You won't regret hiring her!

Michelle is such a thoughtful and caring nanny! We did a nanny share with another family and Michelle watched two 1.5 year old children. She was great at communicating with both families and meeting everyone's needs. She kept the children so engaged and entertained. She was very attentive to each of their individual needs, personalities, and interests. She made sure to offer the children developmentally appropriate activities. After spending time in Michelle's care, my son learned his ABCs, counting, and lots of songs (twinkle twinkle, 1 2 buckle my shoe, etc). She communicated with us very clearly, and kept us in the loop about any issues that came up. The only reason we had to leave Michelle is because our son will start daycare. I would highly highly recommend her!!

We used Michelle for Date nights, daytime nannying, etc and she was always dependable and reliable. Michelle was always on time and communicates well via text and calls. She really has a nurturing personality and the kids always enjoyed spending time with her. We would not hesitate to recommend her to other families who are in search of help for their family. We are just sad that we don't live as close to her anymore as we used to. Thank you!

Michelle has been with us for almost two years.  She watches my twin girls.  She has been with us since they were about 1 1/2 and now they are 3.  They absolutely love her.  They get excited every time I tell them Michelle is coming today.  She takes them for walks, she reads to them, she teaches them Spanish which is great.  She is very dependable and trustworthy.  I would recommend her highly. 

Michelle has been a tremendous help to our family.  She is great with kids and very trustworthy.  She is conscientious and caring.  Above all, she is a great person with a good heart and any family would be lucky to work with her.

Michelle was our nanny/babysitter for two years from 2012 to 2014.  During that time, she took care of our younger daughter (2-3 years old at the time) and occasionally our older daughter (3-4 years old) as well.  Michelle's responsibilities included changing diapers, dressing and feeding the kids, taking them to the park, and doing their laundry and dishes.  During nap time, Michelle would keep busy by doing light housekeeping.

I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a nanny.  She was very loving, patient and kind to our children.  She always played with them or read to them instead of simply keeping an eye on them.  They still ask about her to this day, even though her work for us ended two years ago.  Michelle is also mature and willing to take instruction and we found her to be an easy presence to have in our house.

Michelle has been our sitter for a little over 1 year.  My 18-month-old is starting daycare, so we are sorry to be losing her.  Michelle is very calm and loving to my children, even throughout my daughter's terrible 2s.  She is very engaging during playtime and my children love spending time with her.  She was so helpful to our family as we dealt with a new baby AND a 2-year old together in the same house. She was happy to do household chores as needed, which for us is mainly laundry, dishes and cleaning.
