Hi, I'm Michelle! I live and work on the Seacoast of New Hampshire as a part-time nanny, birth & postpartum doula. I've cared for a variety of ages in both urban and rural areas. I started out at 10 years old working as a mother's helper, and continued to babysit through high school and college, taking on more responsibilities within the home. My people would describe me as warm, silly, engaging, patient, active, friendly and reliable. I'm passionate about outdoor adventure in all weather elements, but also love low key activities like reading, crafts, and baking. I'm able to assist with tasks such as meal prep, light cleaning, & pet care. While serving families throughout the seacoast, I've also taken a very hands on role as auntie to my nieces and nephews, which has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I am comfortable caring for infants through elementary age children. I have worked with multiples, and am CPR & First Aid Certified. I am open to part or full time employment.

We feel privileged to have had Michelle as our nanny for a year. Our kids were 2 and 5, my husband and I were so new to all of it: at that point we rarely have ever had a babysitter, let alone have been away from them for the better part of a day. So, nerves for this transition were high to say the least. From day 1, Michelle built trust as she led with empathy for both us and our kids, she was intentional about knowing our parenting styles and values and made it a priority to honor those every day. She was patient and loving through challenging developmental stages that 2- and 5-year-olds naturally go through, and always gave us updates so my husband and I could know exactly what was going on emotionally with our kids. Michelle’s open and honest communication stood out from our first meeting with her, and I am so appreciative how she could talk through the good and not-so-good with us in a constructive way. Her caring heart shined through every day, and we are so grateful to have had Michelle immersed in our family for that year! She has become a close friend and our kids still talk about her 😊 We highly recommend Michelle!!!!
