About Michelle

We feel privileged to have had Michelle as our nanny for a year. Our kids were 2 and 5, my husband and I were so new to all of it: at that point we rarely have ever had a babysitter, let alone have been away from them for the better part of a day. So, nerves for this transition were high to say the least. From day 1, Michelle built trust as she led with empathy for both us and our kids, she was intentional about knowing our parenting styles and values and made it a priority to honor those every day. She was patient and loving through challenging developmental stages that 2- and 5-year-olds naturally go through, and always gave us updates so my husband and I could know exactly what was going on emotionally with our kids. Michelle’s open and honest communication stood out from our first meeting with her, and I am so appreciative how she could talk through the good and not-so-good with us in a constructive way. Her caring heart shined through every day, and we are so grateful to have had Michelle immersed in our family for that year! She has become a close friend and our kids still talk about her 😊 We highly recommend Michelle!!!!
