About Michelle

Most of my life I have spent caring for children both my own and others. I started caring for children at the age of 12 babysitting in my local neighborhood and working at various preschools including Harvard Yard Daycare and Oxford Day Care. I then became a lead preschool teacher for a private multicultural school in Jamaica Plain, and I remained a teacher there for 12 years. After teaching for many years I explored another type of child care that allowed me to be more one on one with children and their families. I started out as a nanny for a family in Arlington and then became a well recommend nanny throughout the Arlington, Lexington, and Belmont area for the last 19 years. I know that many parents job requires them to be away from their children more than they like, but my experience can help provide the love, care and security both children and parents need. I have experience with newborns - adolescence.
