About Michelle

I have worked in education for 10+ years. Special education mostly, but classrooms were often inclusive. In schools, for IUs and in home. The age ranges are from preschool age (0-5) all the way up to high school. I am used to more than one child, and the calm, caring multi-tasking it takes. I have always been someone who treats children with love and respect, with firm, reasonable boundaries (treating others with respect and kindness, safety, reasonable scheduling re: homework, meals, social, bedtime, etc). I can't help it, I'm also a mother to two now grown, wonderful young men, one of which himself has special needs.
